• March 30 – October 15, 2009 – period for abstracts submission

• November 15, 2009 – registration opens

• December 20-30, 2009 – notification of abstract acceptance

• February 15, 2010 – early registration fee deadline

• March 1, 2010 – registration fee due by at least one author for each submission in order for the paper to be scheduled in the Conference Programme, and included in both the Conference Proceedings and the Book of Abstracts.

• March 15, 2010 – full paper submission for publication in the Conference Proceedings
