Poster guidelines
Please remember that it is very important that you prepare your poster BEFORE you travel to the VIII European Music Therapy Congress, and that you bring it with you.
A poster board will be allocated for each poster presentation.
Size of poster board: 200 cm high and 100 cm wide
Size of usable area: 100 cm high and 70 cm wide
Important points to remember when preparing your poster presentation:
- The audience should be able to see your material, and make sense of it, from a distance of 2-3 metres. This means that all lettering should be at least 8 mm high;
- Graphs and diagrams often convey a lot more than just words, as long as they are clear and simple. Graphs and figures should be drawn with a minimum line, width of 1 mm.
- 'Handouts', photocopies of either your individual poster units or the whole presentation are generally well appreciated by delegates. If you wish to distribute handouts, please prepare them beforehand and bring them with you.
During registration you can submit your poster.
