Cadiz is a charming small city. The Organising Committee kindly would like to request you to register and book accomodation as soon as possible.

Conference Registration Fees

The Conference Registration Fee includes access to all the sessions of the congress, the conference abstract book, the conference proceedings, a welcome cocktail, six coffee breaks and three tapas lunches. It does not include the conference dinner, the Closing Dinner, accommodation or the tourist package.

• Registration: On-site registration will be available during the conference at the registration desk. Registration fees will vary depending on the status of participants (professionals, students, Latin-American Countries, etc.) and the timing of the registration (Express, Early, Regular, On Site).

• Student status: To receive a student-fee status, participants must present a valid document attesting to their academic status (e.g., student ID, letter of the Head of the Music Therapy Training Programme), and must be students during the 2010 Spring Semester.

• Presenters: For each presentation, at least one author should register for the Conference before 1^st March 2010, in order for the presentation to be scheduled in the Conference Timetable / Programme, and for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings.
